The #ohioymcas Leadership Academy Cohort 5 graduated yesterday! After 9 months of learning and growing together, this group of 21 individuals left a lasting mark on our hearts. The future of the Y in Ohio is bright! Kudos to Kyle Stevens for being recognized as the Dennis Ruble Rising Star of this cohort! Now go do great things!

This week, two groups of Y Leaders from around the state finished the Fall 2025 Leadership Launchpad program. They all achieved YMCA Leader certification by attending this three month program. We are so proud of you all!
