Over the past several months, I've had the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with YMCA leaders from across Ohio. I'm especially grateful to Craig and Ruth from the Ohio Alliance of YMCAs for their guidance, encouragement, and the valuable lessons they shared throughout the program.![]()
Thank you to everyone who invested in this experience. I'm excited to bring what I've learned back to our YMCA and continue growing as a leader.![]()

Spring 2026 Leadership Launchpad has started! Nine participants in the South group, and 17 in the North! Thanks to the Xenia YMCA and Ashland Y for hosting us!
The #ohioymcas Leadership Academy Cohort 5 graduated yesterday! After 9 months of learning and growing together, this group of 21 individuals left a lasting mark on our hearts. The future of the Y in Ohio is bright! Kudos to Kyle Stevens for being recognized as the Dennis Ruble Rising Star of this cohort! Now go do great things!
